This paper outlines the importance of tracking adaptation in the context of the implementation of the Paris Agreement and provides a flexible and consistent indicator framework for tracking adaptation in agricultural sectors (including agriculture, forestry, and fisheries and aquaculture) at national level. The framework is based on the recognition that adaptation should be tracked by analysing a number of different indicators across agricultural sub-sectors.
