It helps students learn to recognise all the letters of the Arabic alphabet in their isolate and joined forms, the long and short vowel sounds, tanween, shadda, sukoon and the diphthongs -ay and -ow.

The Gateway to Arabic series is designed to teach Arabic in a non-Arabic-speaking environment to learners from a broad age range.
